The San Juan Evangelista is a residence for college student in Madrid, Spain. This is an historical building and throught the years, it has getting named commonly by people as "Johnny". Actually this building is in a semi-ruinous state, closed its activity many years ago and the project faces its renovation, as new residence for students, adapted to the new needs of students.

SWISS EMBASSY (MADRID)
A hypothetical development project for the Swiss Embassy in the city of Madrid. We implemented the technical systems necessary to achieve the best conditions of climatic comfort and operation.
The cores of the project are the air conditioning, sanitation and ventilation systems. Adding the minimum conditions required by law for fire safety, maximum noise levels, evacuation and accessibility for people with disabilities.
In addition, our focus was in the house of the ambassador of Switzerland, doing a detailed study of its comfort conditions, located on the roof of one of the volumes.
This project was made in collaboration with Carlos González and Juan Serrano.
