Actually this building is in a semi-ruinous state, closed its activity many years ago and the project faces its renovation, as new residence for students, adapted to the new needs of students.

ABOUT
FATE OF FOOLS is the creative work of Spanish Architect and Designer Carlos de la Fuente, based in Madrid, Spain.
​
Carlos has a title in "Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Urban Design and Structures" by Universidad San Pablo CEU.
Working across multiple disciplines, he creates a portfolio with strong focus on visual design, through the use of dynamic composition and notorious colors, sharp shapes and overwhelming spaces.
​
Interested in Architecture and Design at any level, 3D Visualization, Illustration and Digital Art, and Tattoo Design.
​
Worked in the past for FOGESA and Touza Arquitectos as intern architect, and rewarded in both with a Letter of Recommendation.
