The San Juan Evangelista is a residence for college student in Madrid, Spain. This is an historical building and throught the years, it has getting named commonly by people as "Johnny". Actually this building is in a semi-ruinous state, closed its activity many years ago and the project faces its renovation, as new residence for students, adapted to the new needs of students.

SAN JUAN LAKE
Park & Complex
San Juan Lake is a big lake west of Madrid, Spain. This project has to offer some possibilities in the area, adding some alternative and complementary activities to the location, as new hiking routes, hot air balloon trips around the environment, river raft descent, bike courses...

On the southeast side of the lake, a new project is proposed, a new lakeside green park, with big leisure areas, resting zones, surrounded by a multitude of shops, restaurants and cafes.
