The San Juan Evangelista is a residence for college student in Madrid, Spain. This is an historical building and throught the years, it has getting named commonly by people as "Johnny". Actually this building is in a semi-ruinous state, closed its activity many years ago and the project faces its renovation, as new residence for students, adapted to the new needs of students.

SAN FERMIN RIVER PARK
The project focuses on creating a new river park in the Manzanares River, as an equipment of the new San Fermin district, which is generated complementary to this park.
For this purpose, a series of platforms are used, mixing stone-like materials with wood and gardens of the indigenous plant species of the area, generating a natural claim to add to this new district of San Fermin.
It has given importance to the tours along the riverside as it passes through the complex to support both the walk of passers-by and the relaxed stay.
