Actually this building is in a semi-ruinous state, closed its activity many years ago and the project faces its renovation, as new residence for students, adapted to the new needs of students.

Medical Center
Located in the Coronado Bay in the city of San Diego, CA. a medical center is proposed as a constructive exercise to integrate prefabricated steel, concrete and wood systems.
The concrete is used in the center of the building, attached with steel elements on two of its sides and also joined into a wooden system that imagines the trunk of the trees in the area.
