The San Juan Evangelista is a residence for college student in Madrid, Spain. This is an historical building and throught the years, it has getting named commonly by people as "Johnny". Actually this building is in a semi-ruinous state, closed its activity many years ago and the project faces its renovation, as new residence for students, adapted to the new needs of students.

ON RAIL CHURROS Stand
It is proposed the production of a reduced size space to host a "churros" street stand inside.
This project tries to reinterpret a train wagon, using the rails and the lower structure of the wagon to build a laminated steel system as a support for the external enclosure of EFTE, a thermoplastic polymer with high resistance to heat, corrosion and UV rays.
The development of this proposal was jointly made with Juan Serrano.
