The San Juan Evangelista is a residence for college student in Madrid, Spain. This is an historical building and throught the years, it has getting named commonly by people as "Johnny". Actually this building is in a semi-ruinous state, closed its activity many years ago and the project faces its renovation, as new residence for students, adapted to the new needs of students.

STARTUP COMMUNITY CAMPUS
The "DOT_COM CAMPUS" is a community for young people who seek with dedication to take forward initiatives involved in the networks, based on new technologies and forms of creation.
Each module is a collective housing, of 2 to 4 people, who work on shared or complementary projects, and are interwoven between them by perimeter routes with common areas of the workshop or relaxation, or with elements dedicated to the export of ideas and projects to the world business.
These strategies are based on the creation of startups from the idea to take them to the highest global level, with the means that this campus can provide.
