The San Juan Evangelista is a residence for college student in Madrid, Spain. This is an historical building and throught the years, it has getting named commonly by people as "Johnny". Actually this building is in a semi-ruinous state, closed its activity many years ago and the project faces its renovation, as new residence for students, adapted to the new needs of students.

CASA DOMINGUEZ
CASA DOMINGUEZ is a house made by popular Spanish architech Alejandro de la Sota, located in the region of Pontevedra, in the north of Spain. The project focuses the pool of this house.
Here it is proposed the renovation of the pool of the house with a little locker room, nearby the pool, building it with various different constructive elements, such as cavity floor, stone walls and ceramic bricks, in order to combine those materials in one project, with the water system of the pool.
