The San Juan Evangelista is a residence for college student in Madrid, Spain. This is an historical building and throught the years, it has getting named commonly by people as "Johnny". Actually this building is in a semi-ruinous state, closed its activity many years ago and the project faces its renovation, as new residence for students, adapted to the new needs of students.

CASA 1217
CASA 1217 is a project made by H Arquitectes in the Costa Brava, Spain. This exercise was to remake the plans of this holiday house with prefab. systems of concrete, steel framing and wood separately, without knowing the previous real system that the original architects use on it.

This is the Concrete Remake of the house, made by teamwork efforts with my colleagues Enrique Barroso (Wood) and Federico Martinez de Sola (Steel Framing). The panel shows the previous measures and situation, the new patented systems, in this case, Concrete Plates, chosen for the exercise; and finally the detailed section, with the 2D constructive details of the system.
